Things got very rowdy at Vancouver Breakout Festival once fans learned that the main headliner wasn’t showing up.
In a last-minute decision, Lil Baby canceled his set at the Vancouver Breakout Festival without feeling worn-out from his time on tour with Chris Brown.
Lil Baby was the headliner for Sunday’s show, with fellow rappers Polo G, Coi Leray, Cordae, and Babyface Ray.
In a lengthy Instagram apology, Lil Baby apologized to fans promising to make it up to them.
“I would like to start off by saying I truly repent Vancouver, Canada, The Breakout Festival, and to everyone who was in attendance! I have been going so nonflexible these past few months without any breaks that it finally unprotected up with me,” he shared.
“And my soul completely shut down. I owe you guys big time and will for sure make up for it soon.”
Videos surfacing online show fans trashing the venue. Multiple tents were flipped over, as well as some set to fire.
Fans moreover toppled supplies stands and garbage dumpsters, having no mercy.
