The Hip-hop moguls have been going when and along well-nigh a potential Verzuz wrestle for scrutinizingly a year. As we reported last year, they’ve been sharing slight digs at each other on social media, but previously personal that they would go hit for hit rather than compete with each other.

In August, the two entertainers spoke on the thought of rival each other while on Instagram live.
Diddy jokingly challenged Jermaine to a wrestle and said:
J.D., if you want that smoke you can get that smoke anytime.
They both laughed as Jermaine immediately said relax.
Diddy then added:
Since we aint f***king virtually with Verzuz no increasingly cause they f***king virtually with our boys, we dont need to be going versus each other.
Diddy is referring to the legal wrestle between Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, and social media site Triller over money paid to the two Hip-hop legends without Triller purchased their Verzuz series. Swizz and Timbaland sued Triller for $28 million. The parties involved in the suit have since reached an agreement. However, the terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
At the time of their IG chat, Diddy told JD,
Lets come together and do that Bad Boy, So So Def in Atlanta. It aint no Verzuz, its just hit for hit.
Both labels were founded in 1993 and are responsible for putting out some of the biggest hits of the 90s and early 2000s. So So Def had prominent acts such as; Xscape, Da Brat, Jagged Edge and Lil Bow Wow to name a few. While Bad Boys had artists such as; The Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, 112, Mase, and The Lox.
As of now, there is no stage scheduled for the battle, however many fans are once excited and placing bets on who they think will win. No matter who wins, it looks like it will be a very entertaining event!
